Shipping policy

Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States.

Shipping cost. Our cost is stated at Checkout as is subject to change/void due to season.

Processing & delivery time. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated total delivery is 7–14 business days from the date of your order (processing included). Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be affected by carrier delays, holidays, or customs.

Shipping delays. If we are unable to ship your order within the estimated time, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Tracking. Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address. If a package is returned to us because of an address error, you are responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your order was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your carrier first, then reach out to us. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier confirms delivery. If your order is genuinely lost in transit and never marked delivered, contact us and we will refund or replace it.

Changing or canceling an order. If you need to change or cancel an order, email us as soon as possible. We can only make changes before your order has been dispatched.
