Terms of service

By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Pricing. All prices are in US dollars (USD) and exclude sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout where applicable.

Orders. We may decline or cancel any order and refund you in full for any reason, including but not limited to where an item is unavailable or mispriced.

Products. Our rings are crafted from laboratory-created crystals set in .316L jewelry-grade stainless steel. Our stones are lab-created, not natural. All images on our website and in our marketing materials are representative; slight variation in color and finish between on-screen representation and the physical product is normal and expected.

Shipping. Estimated delivery is 7–14 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. If we are unable to ship within the stated time, we will notify you and offer you the option to cancel for a full refund.

Limited warranty. We warrant our products against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of delivery. If your item has a manufacturing defect within this period, email admin@jennigault.com and we will, at our discretion, replace it or refund it — no return required. This is your sole and exclusive remedy. To the fullest extent permitted by law, all other warranties, express or implied — including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — are limited in duration to this 30-day period, and we disclaim all warranties beyond it. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to your order is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any dispute arising under them will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
